It starts at sign up: describe what you do, in as much detail as you like, and a whole workspace is proposed back to you, in plain words, with nothing created until you agree to it. The same assistant is still there afterwards for everything you think of later.
Describe your business at sign up, in as much detail as you care to give, and a plan is worked out from it. The Our suggestions card on your home screen says how far along it is, and opens setup, where a progress bar shows what is being looked into.

Build my workspaceWhat we suggested
What you'll keep track of
You grow and sell native plants and trees from a nursery in the Blue Mountains, selling to landscapers and councils on account and to the public on weekends.
Customers
Who buys from you on account, so you know who owes what and where to deliver.
Every order belongs to one customer.
Orders
A sale to a customer, from the first quote through to getting paid.
An order lists the plants being sold.
Plants
The catalogue of what you grow and sell, with the price and how many are ready right now.
Plants appear on orders.
Cmd+Enter sends (Ctrl+Enter on Windows). A change reworks the whole plan.
Show the whole setup conversationWhat you'll keep track of, the screens you'll work from, what you'll land on each morning, and what you get on your phone. Each part is numbered and carries its own colour, so you can say “change number 2 in the green one” and be understood.
Every field says what it holds. “Credit terms, like 30 days” rather than a type name, so you can judge whether it is right without knowing what a field is.
Each part sits beside the conversation about it and a preview of what it will be. Confirm it when it is right. Say what should be different in your own words and the plan is reworked around it, and if you prefer it the way it was, Undo puts it back.
Once every part is decided, Build my workspace creates the tables, the screens and the home board for real, naming each one as it is made. Nothing exists in your company before you press it.
Setup is not the end of it. The assistant opens from the dashboard's own toolbar, and takes the same plain description: ask for another table, a dashboard changed, or a client-facing page written.

Tell me what you do, and I'll help set your database up, e.g. "I run a plumbing company with 10 employees, I want to track jobs, invoices, and payroll."
What a brand new company sees first
It drafts into the workspace you already have and shows you what it intends to do first, asking a quick question when something is unclear rather than guessing. Ask for a field renamed or a table split and it adjusts the same draft instead of starting over.

Here is what I would create. Tell me to go ahead and I will build it:
Jobs
Job number, Client, Address, Status, Scheduled date, Quoted amount
Invoices
Invoice number, Job, Issued, Due, Amount, Paid
