Questions people ask first

What happens when we pass the users a plan includes?
On a cafe plan, each person past the first 20 costs $2.50 a month. A trade plan sets no user limit at all, because it charges for the jobs you book instead. Every other plan bills each seat.
What counts as a venue?
A venue is one of your own locations: a cafe, a bar, a second kitchen. Each one holds its own staff, its own roster and its own geofenced check in. A separate business you also own is not a venue: it is a company of its own.
Is the price on the card the final price?
Yes. Every amount here already includes tax, and we show one number rather than a price and a tax line you have to add up. A visitor outside Australia sees the same price in their own country's tax.
Do we pay anything during the trial?
No. The trial runs 14 days with everything switched on, and we charge nothing until it ends. You pick a plan when you are ready.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, from Admin, then Billing. You can move between tiers, change how many seats you pay for, or cancel.
What does the AI assistant cost?
Every plan includes 1,000,000 assistant tokens a month per company, free. Past that we ask you to authorise usage billing before anything further is charged, at $16.50 per additional 1,000,000 tokens.
