Role based access

Two roles apply company wide, with finer control available per table or dashboard.

Every member is either a company admin or an operator. An individual table or dashboard can also carry its own admin, editor, or viewer permissions.

    Check who is admin and who is a member

    Open Admin, Members to see everyone in the company alongside their role.

    Set who can see a new project by default

    Under Admin, Permissions, choose whether a new record is visible to all company members, specific teams, specific members, or specific custom roles.

    Anyone in the company can open it.

    Specific teams only

    Only members of the teams you tick.

    Specific members only

    Only the people you tick.

    Specific custom roles only

    Only holders of the roles you tick.
