Fill a board automatically
Set a rule on a client update page so every new matching record lands on it without anyone adding it.

Open the board's rules
Open the client update page while signed in. Click the gear for Board settings. Click Auto-add rules.
Rules already on the board are listed at the top. Click the bin to remove one.
Add a rule
Under Add a rule, pick the field under Select a field. Pick the comparison. Type the Value.
Click Add rule.
Auto-add rules
When a new matter is created with a matching field value, it's added here automatically. Doesn't apply retroactively to existing matters.
Matter Type equals "Conveyancing"

Create a record with the matching value. Open the board. The record is there.
A record that later stops matching stays on the board. Remove it by hand with the bin on its row.
