Send a text
Text any phone number from the Send SMS tool, and read what was sent.
On this page
Open Send SMS
Click Tools in the sidebar. Click Send SMS.
Type and send
Type the number under To. Type the text under Message. Click Send.
Sent appears under the button. The message is listed under Recent messages with the number and time.

Text from a record
Open a contact or entity that has a mobile number. Click the message icon next to the number to send from there.
Click Text history on the record to read what has already been sent to them. That list has the same Search texts... box, status filter, sort order and archive as the one on a staff record.
A reply comes back to the same thread in the app.
