Record a loan facility
Add each loan to its project, see every loan across the book in the Finance Model Loans table, and mark a loan discharged.
Open the project's Loans tab
Open the project. Click the Finance Model tab. Click Loans.
Each loan is a card with its name, lender type, repayment date, security and principal. Click a card to open its rates, phases and schedule.

Add a loan
Click Add loan.
Type the Name. Pick the Lender type, Lender, Broker, Borrower and Guarantors.
Type the Principal amount. Pick the Repayment period. Set the Start date and Repayment date.
Fill in Security, Extension terms, Early repayment terms and Notes if you have them. Click Add.
See every loan in one table
Click Finance Model Loans in the sidebar. Every loan across every project is a row, with Project, Name, Lender type, Borrower, Lender and Broker.
Click a row to open the loan's record. Click Export CSV to download the table.
Discharge a loan
On the project's Loans tab, click the archive icon on the loan's card. It is marked Discharged and hidden from the list.
Click Show discharged loans to see it again. Click the icon again to mark it active.
